Computer Lab Technician

Yoh has a twelve (12) month contract for a COMPUTER LAB TECHNICIAN to join our client in Portland, OR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- SYSTEMS PREPARATION AND INTEGRATION in the lab environment.
- Conduct THERMAL MECHANICAL TESTING WITH MOBILE COMPUTING SYSTEMS.
- Automate lab tasks using SCRIPTING languages.
- GETTING UP TEST ENVIRONMENTS, EXECUTING TEST PLANS, AND REPORTING ANY DEFECTS OR ISSUES.
- Documenting LAB procedures and TEST environments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- TWO TO THREE (2-3) YEARS OF LAB WORK EXPERIENCE.
- Experience with lab mechanical and electrical equipment including LOAD CELLS, LVDT\'S, THERMOCOUPLES, POWER SUPPLIES, DATA LOGGERS AND ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS.
- Experience with WIND TUNNELS AND MECHANICAL LOAD TESTERS (INSTRON/MTS).
- Experience with PRO/E, PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE IN LABVIEW.
