Composite Technician

Yoh has a 12 month plus contract opportunity for a COMPOSITE TECHNICIAN to join our client, an aerospace firm in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Performs technical/mechanical functions pertaining to the aircraft component overhaul process.
- Performs disassembly and cleaning of aircraft components according to customer's specifications, airworthiness directives, applicable manufacturers' CMM guidelines and operating procedures.
- Completes necessary related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs final product preparation of units to be shipped.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Mechanical aptitude, ability to multitask, ability to read and understand component maintenance manuals and all other applicable technical documents.
- Must be able to write descriptive statements concerning the condition of the assemblies being worked on, must be able to articulate and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Provide your own Steel Toed shoes.
