COMPLIANCE VOICE RECORDING SPECIALIST - BANKING - VOIP

Arrows Group is currently recruiting a Compliance Voice Recording Specialist for a tier 1 investment bank, based in Canary Wharf. This would be initially a 6 month contract at a daily rate of £475 - 550, however the programme of work is set to last between 1 - 2 years.

The Voice Recording Specialist will be responsible for defining the compliance voice recording strategy for the bank, integrating the current platform into their new strategic journaling platform (discoverable by e-discovery).

You will be looking at new market initiatives for compliance voice recording platforms and create multiyear plans to optimise cost which driving technology advancement (relating to trader voice, standard VOIP and Lync voice).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of SIP networking
- Knowledge of Microsoft lync (2010 essential, 2013 beneficial)
- Extensive experience in Voice Networks and Nice compliance recording
- Experience with trade voice platforms
- Financial services background essential as you must understand regulations surround voice recording
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review tools and techniques.
