Job Purpose:
- To identify and implement improvements to the Compliance Training and CDMS processes
- To be a myLearning training coordinator, ensuring that learning plans, learning history and items are continually up to date
- To support the site by coordinating safety training
- Creating and delivering training packages, in line with business needs
Qualifications:
- Experience and high level proficiency in Excel
- Experience and a good level or proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
- Experience of creating and delivering training (1-2-1 and 1-2-many)
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the training cycle
- Experience of data analysis
- Proven ability of being able to create and implement site wide processes
- Good Persuasion and facilitation skills
