Compliance Team Leader - PPM/FM

Compliance/Admin Team Manager based in Watford working for this large Facilities Management company.

Contract role starting 2/1/15 until 28/2/15 however you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role.

To ensure the PPM & Compliance Team operate in-line with the Contract Operating Model PPM & Compliance processes, contract SLA's and client specified guidelines, and allocate work to appropriate engineers with the appropriate skill set using Maximo 7.5 and a vehicle tracking system. Support the team to develop them, and to drive performance to meet the requirements of the contract and deliver contractual financial performance.

Ensure PPM & Compliance Team operates in-line with the Contract Operating Model processes, contract SLAs and client specified guidelines. Day to day supervision of team and escalation of any issues to the PPM & Compliance Manager. Setting objectives and managing the performance of team members. Analysis and understanding of daily and weekly reports to increase performance of team and identify any non-compliance by dispatchers or engineers. Identify training and development needs within team on a continuous basis. Ensuring contract specific crib sheets are updated accordingly and that new guidelines/information is cascaded to relevant team members. Active management of Corrective Maintenance by team. Ensure quick and appropriate responses to any Client queries/chases. Assist in production of reports if necessary. Other duties as deemed appropriate by the PPM & Compliance Manager
