GERMAN SPEAKING COMPLIANCE SUPPORT

Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry.

We are looking for a Client Advisory Support for a 3 months contract role.

Job Description:

We need a support to manage the compliance support mailbox that handles client advisor enquiries in the context of Compliance Program. The enquiries come in by e-mail and are answered to a large extent by e-mail.

Task:

- Answering CA enquiries by e-mail
- Wording of FAQ questions and answers
- Other tasks as required

Background:

- Legal, Compliance or general consultancy

Assignment:

- Initially 3 months; assignment may then be extended based on workload

Skills:

- English, German must, both writing and comprehension
- French and Italian understanding (answers can be given in English)
- Swiss bank work experience if possible

Contract: 6 months +
