WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- As a Member of the Compliance Operations team supporting the company's aggregate spend initiatives to comply with Open Payments (formerly the Physician Payments Sunshine Act) and state laws related to transparency and disclosure obligations
- Work with the business to ensure accuracy of the data and to timely resolve issues.
- Create and revise procedures and work instructions for Aggregate Spend processes
- Assist with responding to physician disputes during internal pre-disclosure period as well as during CMS dispute period.
- Prepare dashboards of key trends and findings for communication to Business Unit Compliance Officers and/or relevant management.
- Monitor data feeds of HCP spend data, communicate findings to the business units and facilitate remediation.
- Prepare analysis and trending on data to monitor remediation efforts.
- Accurately and completely document monitoring results and findings
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- BA degree plus a minimum of three (3) years in a compliance role with a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- Working knowledge of various laws, regulations, and industry guidance that affect Client's compliance program, including state and federal aggregate spend reporting laws.
- Experience in supporting the obligations of federal and state government reporting laws, fraud and abuse and anti-kickback statutes, PDMA, OIG and AdvaMed and PhRMA guidelines.
- Experience with use of analytical tools for data analysis.
- Experience managing multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective relationships with strong inter-personal skills and business acumen.
