Compliance Specialist - Leading Asset Manager in London

I am currently hiring for a Compliance Specialist for a leading Asset Management company based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in a large project in relation to share disclosure reporting.
As the Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's Global Holdings Database on a daily basis and submitting disclosure reports internationally. You will also keep yourself up to date with regulatory change..
The client would like to attract the very best talent and therefore are looking for an enthusiastic compliance professional with experience in shareholder monitoring and reporting. You will need to be familiar with disclosure rules and regulations, particularly in the UK and Europe. If you are proactive in maintaining robust systems and controls and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills you will stand out.
