My leading Financial Services client is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their internal team. The candidate will work with the business and peers within the compliance function to ensure that regulatory matters are manager; providing support, advice and the sharing of knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advising on regulatory change, eg MiFID 2,
Assisting with the management of both Compliance and business projects, eg AIFMD
Assisting carrying out duties as assigned by the Senior Compliance Officers
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Knowledge and detailed understanding of the FCA's Conduct of Business Rules
Working knowledge of CASS requirements
Knowledge of FCA financial reporting requirements
Background in Asset/Investment Management
