Compliance Specialist

For a 5 month project with our customer in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for a Compliance Specialist

Tasks:

- Follow-up project Standards implementation (HQ, Markets, PCs)
- Identify and document gaps, ensure corrective action plans follow-up and closing
- Support and assist SMEs and other stakeholders to comply or to manage exception requests
- Report implementation status/action plans in the corresponding dashboard, ensure controls are in place
- Maintain and enhance training material on tools, templates, procedures
- Provide on demand coaching/training to stakeholders in HQ and Markets
- Contribute to the Compliance Team Room content development and maintenance
- Assist the Change and Compliance Manager with key IS process documenting (Wiki)
- Assist the Change and Compliance Manager with controls and audits preparation

Requirements:

- ES or BSc degree in Computer Science or IT related field of study
- 3-4 years of experience, including 1-2 in customer service, help desk, project management, audit or similar stakeholder intensive environment
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Quality related experience or mind-set
- French and English- both fluent
- CobiT 5, ITIL, ISO 27k certification or demonstrated experience a plus
