Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Contract Compliance SME to join a large programme.

You will need to interface with key stakeholders across the company and have an understanding of the business issues being addressed.

The successful candidate will possess strong compliance experience in Advice and Training (particularly in regards to writing material). You will be able to engage at all levels across the business and ideally have worked in a project environment and feel comfortable in facilitating sessions with the business where appropriate.

Interim staff are also encouraged to mentor and coach other Compliance Analysts within the team, providing supportive direction on issues that they face within their projects.

If you possess the following, we would love to hear from you:

Have extensive experience in identifying relevant processes and reviewing to make appropriate changes.
Are able to demonstrate Compliance Analysis skills and attributes to a high level in a dynamic business environment
Are able to communicate and influence a wide-ranging audience up to a Senior level
Are creative and self-directed with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Have the ability to adapt communication skills and techniques to meet the needs of the audience
Have strong analytical problem solving skills and able to comfortably multitask
Have practical understanding of projects and knowledge of project life cycle methodology
