Compliance Monitor

Working with Surrey based leading financial Services Organisation.

Carry out Compliance reporting, maintain accurate record keeping and support the Head of Compliance with any ad-hoc requests.

To provide Regulatory and Compliance Committee on progress in achieving the plan and implementation of any remedial actions recommended.

Assist in continuous review of the appropriateness of the review cycle taking into account the Compliance Conduct Risks and the regulatory environment.

Monitor potential breaches of the FCA/PRA Handbook ensuring that appropriate steps are taken to rectify the issue.

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the FCA/PRA's requirements and standards.

Ensure Risk & TCF implications are considered in promoting a culture that supports company activities.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- A good understanding of the UK regulatory system
- Good knowledge of regulatory and insurance industry environment
- Good interpersonal, influencing and communication skills across all levels
- Competent knowledge of insurance and pure protection products.
