Compliance Manager with Knowledge of Efpia Regulations

Compliance Manager with knowledge of EFPIA regulations wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Degree in Economics or Law
- Know-how of EFPIA regulations
- Familiarity with reporting to healthcare associations
- 2+ years' experience in compliance
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Ensuring vendors and Commodity Codes are used correctly
- Amending any spend incorrectly coded or identified in monitoring
- Being involved in user acceptance testing and initial vendor mapping in Global Xpend Portal
- Supporting any local requirements for system changes or upgrade testing
- Understanding scope of local/EFPIA code, local processes and Transfer of Value data collection and associated data sources Understand
- Training internal and external stakeholders on transparency requirements and processes
- Monitoring third parties on compliant spend reporting
