Randstad Professionals is looking to find a Compliance Manager, Training & Support. Our client is an international pharmaceutical company.

The Trainingadditionally, the Training & Support team answers queries and provides advice and support on Healthcare Compliance matters.

Main Accountabilities:

- Conceptualize broad training initiatives
- Ensure target audiences are carefully identified
- Develop innovative training materials
- Customize training to various audiences
- Deliver impactful training
- Develop FAQ documents supporting training initiatives
- Provide query management support as required

Qualifications:

- University degree
- Trainer accreditation or equivalent
- Instructional Design certification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in preparing training materials
- Extensive experience in delivering training
- Proven track record of effective training delivery
- Healthcare Compliance knowledge
