For our customer we are looking for a Compliance Manager SAP Project.
As Compliance Manager manage the compliance related activities in SAP Project. Knowledge about SAP validation is an advantage.
Purpose of Role:
The purpose is to ensure that standards and guidelines are followed, or that proper, consistent accounting or other practices are being employed. This includes making sure that external legal requirements are fulfilled.
Responsibility:
To ensure IT services, IT processes and IT systems comply with enterprise policies and legal requirements. To verify that deployed releases and the resulting services meet customer expectations, and to verify that IT operations is able to support the new service.
It is the responsibility for the CM to:
- To report quality defect of all stakeholders to the process owner
- Require additional quality activities to ensure quality levels
Customers/Partners:
The role is responsible for the delivery of Compliance Service in Corporate IT defined project methodology or Tool to project management, Line of Business and The Customers QA.
Focus/Performs:
To plan, schedule and control the validation activities for system implementation and updates from concept phase to release to test and live environments.
General Capabilities:
- Is able to write new and existing work procedures in English
- Is able to create validation plans and to report on validation
- Is able to operate the applied IT test and validation tools
- Master the interpretation of the Customer QMS
- Is able to handle the computer validation process
- Can formulate validation strategies based on the Customer validation and regulatory requirements based on GAMP 5
- Can manage to solve problems in compliance service in relation to the defined methodology
- Is able to understand the business problem for the customer
Start: ASAP Duration: 31. December 2015
Location: Ballerup
Work load: 28 hours per week
Working language: Danish/English
