IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Design and develop oversight plan to identify MAP programs across the Roche Pharma Division to ensure it meets regulatory requirements
-Increase awareness, knowledge and understanding of MAP pharmacovigilance requirements across the Roche Pharma Division
-Ensure consultation on all matters related to MAP programs and provide timely answers to questions or provide advice on MAP practices as defined in company policies and SOPs
-Train relevant stakeholders across the Roche Pharma Division on MAP regulations and processes; support third party service provider adverse event (AE) reporting and training on the MAP requirements
-Interact with relevant stakeholders across the Roche Pharma Division to answer questions, consult on program design and advise
-On MAP practices, regulations and SOPs
-Actively contribute to the development and improvement of processes for the management of MAP compliance issues by working closely with relevant stakeholders across the Roche Pharma Division

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree level education in Life Sciences is required, Master degree or equivalent
-Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in pharmacovigilance or compliance related role; experience in a commercial area is preferred
-Good analytical and systems thinking
-Ability to understand complex processes and comfortable discussing, analyzing and resolving issues with uncertainties in complex situations
-Good communication skills
-Fluency in English
