My Client is a Tier 1 Investment Bank who is looking for a Market Data Compliance Manager to join their team

The jobholder will be responsible for minimising operational failure, including but not exclusively, the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controls.
The jobholder will also ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or Permanent Control (or Compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
For the purposes of clarification these should be reinforced through objectives including the objective of: Direct contribution to operational permanent control framework.
Provide regular assessment and measurement of Market Data compliance practices, activities and outputs, including development of KPIs/KRIs, and creation/production of monthly dashboard reporting.
Provide regular reporting to and maintain regular 2 way contact with the Market Data Competency Centre organisation.
Assisting in the investigation of 'fit for purpose' toolsets that support the above functional areas, to potentially replace or enhance existing solutions
Employing understanding gained through developed networking groups and benchmarking best practices when developing and enhancing the Market Data compliance framework
Maintenance of relevant Market Data IT Intranet pages
