Compliance Manager - Contract - Derivatives

COMPLIANCE MANAGER - CONTRACT - DERIVATIVES

Compliance Manager required for a 3 month contract defining the requirements and standards for a soon-to-be implemented compliance framework.  You will work in a small team of legal and compliance professionals and will be responsible for defining the internal processes and standards necessary to meet EMIR and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

This is a very hands-on role requiring interaction with external bodies and internal business colleagues. You must be confident taking on the challenges of framework definition with minimal support, and hold a broad understanding of compliance including AML, KYC and compliance around derivatives trading.

Required Experience:

- Experienced Compliance Manager with a Capital Markets background
- Strong understanding of EMIR and other current regulatory frameworks
- Experience either implementing a new compliance control framework, or significantly changing an existing framework
- Good understanding of the compliance initiatives around derivatives trading
