Compliance Manager - Capital Markets & Treasury

A leading custodian bank is currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join their Capital Markets and Treasury Compliance team. This team provides products and services to a predominantly wholesale client base. The position itself will support the Head of Capital Markets Compliance and require a candidate with detailed compliance knowledge, particularly in the areas of Capital Markets and FX Products. This is very much a hands-on, rather than supervisory, position and candidates will require the experience necessary to work independently on projects.

Requirements for the role:
* Detailed understanding of FCA/PRA handbook (particularly SYSC and COBS) and how these rules applied to business processes
* Detailed understanding of regulations that are relevant to financial markets (MiFID, EMIR, MAD etc.)
* Familiarity with some or all of the following markets: foreign exchange, cash equity and Fixed Income, securities lending
* Capital Markets knowledge is a plus
* FX Product knowledge is a plus
* FX trading order surveillance (manual or automated) is a massive plus
