Compliance Manager - Automotive tier 1

Huxley Associates are proud to be working exclusively with a global automotive giant in Coventrywho are currently recruiting for a new Compliance Manager / Quality Systems Manager to join their team. As Compliance Manager you will ensure the company exceeds all the customers requirements. The role will involve fault finding, dealing with non- conformancies, system, process and product auditing, maintaining quality standards and continually improving the Quality function by assessing product compliance and or operational risks and develop risk management strategies. The company is accredited to ISO9001, TS16949 and ISO14001. Interested? We are looking for a proven Quality Manager or Compliance Manager who is fully conversant with TS16949, ISO14001 and have a good understanding of automotive customer requirements. A good knowledge of 8D, FMEA and automotive OEM exposure would also be very desirable. On offer for this role is a starting salary of up to £50,000 experience plus a generous benefits package including company car, pension and bonus.
