Compliance Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Higher academic degree or similar
- 2-3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical, device or healthcare industries as well as previous exposure to compliance function or related components
- Strong understanding of balancing global standards and local cultures
- Expertise in leading complex projects and collaborating within and across cross-functional teams and business units, in a matrixed environment
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Building up the training and communication programs with a proactive and strategic approach
- Leading the coordination with other functions and driving program implementation
- Managing and supporting implementation of policies, procedures, implementation guidelines that adequately and effectively address all relevant training elements
- Conducting and developing innovative applications of compliance training efficiency and measures for further improving the program
- Searching for new innovative ways of driving compliance within the organization
