Compliance Manager

My major Investment Banking client based in London is currently seeking a Compliance Manager to join their Global Markets Team.

Key Skills required for Compliance Manager:

*Strong market product knowledge - Fixed Income knowledge would be an advantage
*Relevant experience of working on a Markets Trading Floor - not necessarily from a Compliance perspective
*Excellent Project Management skills
*Educated to a degree level
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Analytical mindset
*Ability to make decisions when required and to escalate when necessary

The role (accountabilities):

*Review of electronic trading activities across FICC and application of internal Compliance guidelines and procedures
*Assisting in ongoing compliance monitoring and testing
*Preparation of MI for Senior Compliance management
*Provision of day to day Compliance advice to the Fixed Income trading, sales and structuring desks
*Responding to Exchange and Regulatory queries
