The role is within the compliance function who are primarily responsible for ensuring that an appropriate, robust and practical global compliance framework is in place for my client. The function develops, implements and maintains policies, procedures and processes to ensure that the business and functions comply with rules and regulations applicable to the business including market abuse, anti-money laundering and anti-bribery. The Compliance Manager, a new role, will support the Head of Control & Compliance and be responsible for managing and ensuring the effective implementation and operation of the businesses compliance program. * Experience in an energy trading environment or a related regulatory/ compliance environment is essential.
