Compliance Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to manage the implementation of the development of an effective compliance function.

Skills:
Strong compliance organisational knowledge
Stakeholder management
Politically aware
Robust consulting skills
Able to withstand challenge

The work is on the organisational, structure role and the responsibilities of the compliance function itself (No specific focus is required, looking for a broad range of skill sets within compliance).

The role will entail helping define a compliance character (setting responsibilities of the compliance function).

Defining terms of reference for the individual teams within compliance ie Strategy, Advisory, Monitoring and Regulatory Relations.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has:
Built a compliance function from scratch
or
Has run/participated within compliance transformation projects.
