THE OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity has arisen for an contract Compliance Manager to lead a team of Compliance Executives and take responsibility for delivering strategic plan within the customer care unit. Key responsibilities include delivering regular and detailed call handling quality analysis and monitoring sales activity compliance within Operations to drive through best practice procedures and improving the customer experience. In addition you will identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting the business and develop compliant procedures.
THE CANDIDATE
It is essential that all candidates have experience of regulatory call monitoring and Quality Assurance in a contact centre environment. Ideally you will be professionally qualified within the insurance industry.
Please note candidates who do not have experience working in finance services will NOT be considered for this role.
