Compliance Manager

TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT

A contract resource to assist with technical compliance work with in Protection Arena - Work will include product development, sales process including distributor branding and some financial promotion consideration (although note this will be high level rather than detailed work)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review and provide view and sign off on distribution of products.
- Provide expert input to legal contracts, literature, branding requirements and selling practices.
- Review customer journeys for the proposition.
- Provide advice, and agree solutions, with partner compliance departments.
- Identify risks in relation to key processes and documents owned by FL.
- Without Compliance support, proposition team risk agreeing processes, products and documentation that are non-compliant.

ADDITIONAL KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AS FOLLOWS:

- Review and provide view/sign off on distribution of products through two distributors
- Provide expert input to legal contracts, branding requirements and selling practices
- Review customer facing documentation and journeys for all 3 propositions in partner branding
- Provide advice and determine solutions with partner compliance department.
