Compliance Manager

Compliance Manager - £40k - £45k  plus 10% bonus and benefits - Wiltshire

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to work in a dynamic company within a challenging and interesting regulatory environment. With experience of working within a compliance function, you will have excellent research, analysis and writing skills as well as good communication and people management skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:-

Advice and quality assessment in relation to internal complaints management
    Liaison with Financial Ombudsman regarding escalated cardholder complaints
    Interaction with Financial Services Authority regarding company's regulated activities
    Advice, review and drafting of product marketing material, including cardholder terms and conditions.
    Collation of data in relation to company reporting obligations
    Liaison with stakeholders such as shareholders and clients regarding regulatory/compliance issues.
    Representation of the company at the Electronic Money Association (industry body)
    Advice to the company regarding compliance issues, including forthcoming changes to the legal or regulatory environment.
    Project Management of mandatory changes to products
    Training to the company on regulatory and compliance issues.
    Assist the Head of Legal and Compliance with all general compliance issues.
