COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST TO BE BASED IN SALISBURY OR BRISTOL

We currently have the requirement for a number of compliance specialist positions to main and develop compliance standards and identifications and management of a regulatory environment through the provision of compliance advice, challenge and guidance, principally in relation to one or more business units. This position offers the fantastic opportunity to work for a large financial services company across the south of England and can offer a long term opportunity.

Compliance Advice Consultant Skills

- Excellent analytical, interpretation and problem solving skills.
- Capable of working with limited supervision, understanding when referral to a manager is appropriate and necessary.
- Experienced in Compliance Technical Advice with the ability to demonstrate outputs are relevant and meaningful to the business.

The most challenging features of the role are:

- Building strong working relationships with the business and gaining their trust through the provision of credible, business-focussed advice.
- Passing on specialist knowledge to others to strengthen Business Risk expertise.
- Ensuring advice takes into account any current and expected regulatory requirements.
