Compliance, Fraud and AML Business Analyst with Project Management

We are a dynamic team responsible for managing financial crime (AML, sanctions ) issues for the group. Compliance serves an integral part of the Three Lines of Defense', helping to protect the integrity and enhance the reputation of the company in the market

ROLE:

The compliance role has evolved significantly in the past years and months due to the regulations evolving but also due to the different sanctions imposed by Europe and by the United States.

In order to cope with these challenges, we are looking for an expert (project leader) that will help us analysing gaps and implementing structural solutions:

-To ensure embargo/sanctions decisions taken by international (UN, EU) and domestic authorities are respected by the company.
-To fight Anti Money Laundering

You will:

-Be the coordinator of different project related to AML and the sanctions
-Be responsible (the owner) of specific projects related to AML and the sanctions
-Validate the analysis with SPOCs and the management
-Test the solutions or processes defined
-Implement the solutions and fill the gap
-Develop relationships with key stakeholders in other divisions (eg Operations, Network Management, Commercial, Credit...)
-Convince business owners about the need to implement their own compliance controls through frequent discussion with business representatives about their key processes
-Formalise controls into SOPs or in relevant documentation

We are looking for a person who can read between the lines, highlight risks crossing the path, challenge the assumptions taken and seize the impact the project will have on systems and on processes.

PROFILE:

You have:

-A minimum of 2 years as Project Leader
-Ability to make decisions quickly, and be assertive if necessary, while maintaining key relationships and defending conclusions
-Excellent analytical skills, strong lateral and critical thinker
-Good writing, presentation and influencing skills
-Dynamic
-English is a must.
-Willingness to go to the end
-Stress resistant, risk conscious and client focused attitude.
