COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION CONSULTANT

KYC/DUE DILIGENCE/REGULATORY/POLICY/CLIENT ON BOARDING/FINANCE

A global bank is urgently seeking a new team member to develop, drive and implement enhanced processes, procedures and infrastructure around the operational due diligence of the banks retail structured product distribution partners. Take the lead in driving the development of infrastructure and controls to ensure that the expectations set out in the global retail policy and subsequent reviews are Embedded into day-to-day procedures.

Assist with general communication and awareness across the wider function regarding retail policy and governance, and support the initial increase in chasing and support expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Committee MI
- Committee packs
- Committee attendance/scheduling
- Committee submissions
- Committee minutes
- Accessibility of all committee data to the relevant audience

Periodically;

- Annual product re-reviews - tracking due dates, ensuring updates are completed, summarising results for committee
- Annual DD re-reviews - tracking due dates, ensuring updates are completed, summarising results for

The ideal candidate will be bright, enthusiastic with immaculate communication skills. They need to have some experience in a Know Your Client, Client on Boarding or Compliance within a banking function.
