COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT

A Compliance Consultant with regulatory advice and guidance skills is required to work on an initial two month contract for a Financial Services client based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Financial Services organisation.

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT CONTRACT ROLE

This role has arisen for an individual to support the Compliance Advice Team due to unprecedented project and BAU demands.

You will support the compliance mortgage advice team in providing regulatory guidance to the Society. The role will be predominantly based in Swindon, but there may be a requirement from time to time to work at other sites including Bournemouth and Northampton

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT.

The ability to provide regulatory advice and guidance to the business in respect of all aspects of its mortgage activity, including but not limited to:

a) product development,
b) sales policy,
c) responsible lending,
d) conduct risk management,
e) post sale administration,
f) lending control.

Additionally you must have Compliance advice experience, preferably in mortgages, in the last 6 months and you must be CEMAP qualified.

The role is based in Swindon, Wiltshire this is commutable from London, Northampton and Oxfordshire
