Compliance Change Manager

My client, a Tier1 Asset Manager on the Wharf are currently looking for multiple AVP -VP's to build a new change team in the compliance space.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has hit a glass ceiling and is looking for more autonomy.

You must have:

Programme Management Skills.
Programme Analysis and Problem Solving Skills.
A proven track record in supporting projects in financial services
Be educated to a degree level, or equivalent.
A compliance qualification would be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication skills are a must, the ability to influence an advantage.
Strong demonstration and project management skills are vital to the role, as is being technologically aware.
PRINCE or equivalent PM certification.
A basic understanding of Compliance.

Be outspoken, not afraid to utter concerns or contribute with ideas. A certain brevity is appreciated but thoroughness at the same time essential.

The roles pay between £50,000 and £100,000 depending on experience.
