Compliance and Assurance Manager - Syndicated Loans Agencies

A global Corporate Bank are looking for Compliance/Assurance Manager with specialist knowledge of Syndicated Loans Agency and LMA Loan Documentation acting as the Facility Agent.

They will be tasked with:

- Providing managerial support in the negotiation, documentation, implementation for the Front Office/non-operational administration of corporate transactions
- Ensuring timely and accurate monitoring of all facilities to ensure that they are in compliance with their requirements and that those that are not, are undergoing timely remedial action.
- Assisting in the review of relevant loan documentation and giving comments thereon
- Providing advice to borrowers and banks, as requested. for any waivers or amendments required.
- Handling KYC, Tax and documentation queries as required
- Ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures within the Bank
