- MS Office
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Manage customer complaints and escalations
- Investigate complaints while understanding the customer contract.
- Identifying what is the problem, address the problem, and deal with the location to gather facts.
- Track multiple issues
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- HS Diploma, and a minimum of two (2) years experience
- Strong organization, communication, and reading comprehension skills
- Strong MS Office skills are necessary
- SharePoint would be a plus
- Paralegal background a plus
