Compliance Analyst - financial services

looking for a compliance analyst to work for one of the leading financial services groups in the UK. Due to an extremely busy period and large amount of project work/regulatory change. We require a compliance analyst to join the group compliance team and support senior members of the compliance team.

Compliance analyst responsibilities:

- Reporting directly to the Group Compliance Manager, the position of Compliance Analyst is a broad based role covering many different compliance disciplines and business types.
- Provision of support and advice to the business and to compliance colleagues on all regulatory matters.
- To educate and train employees in regulatory matters in order to maintain compliance awareness.
- To design monitoring and oversight programmes and to carry out monitoring to establish on going compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Compliance analyst Skills/experience:

- Experience of working within the financial services in a highly regulated environment.
- Highly analytical
- strong systems skills
- strong influencing and communication skills
- excellent regulatory and Fsa knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
