Compliance Analyst

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a COMPLIANCE ANALYST to join our client in Charlotte, NC.

Job Responsibilities:
- This role is primarily responsible for providing support and contribution into developing and implementing expectations, strategies, objectives, initiatives and measures pertaining to NERC CIP compliance.
- Provides support and contributes to the on-going strategy of the NERC CIP Compliance program to meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Composes responses to legal and regulatory inquiries.

Job Qualifications:
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of cyber security compliance controls, regulatory matters, security, business applications and/or critical infrastructure.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in use of tools and procedures for the NERC CIP program.
- Ability to understand, interpret and assess compliance for overall CIP program.
- Demonstrated good listening skills and ability to put forth the effort to understand others points of view.
- Ability to form a point of view and concisely present point of views.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with a high degree of integrity.
- Project Management experience in cyber security or regulatory compliance
- Experience with NIST cyber security standards.
