Complex Billing Consultant | 6 Month Contract

Large commercial organisation seeking the services of a Billing Consultant to join their team. In this initial six month contract you will work in a team environment to provide a premium level of service to customers for contracted billing services.Specifically in this role, you will:

- Meet the deliverables of the contract/s assigned to you, on time and accurately
- Resolve complex inquiries through analysis and make the necessary adjustments, in accordance with prescribed national procedures and/or customer contract.
- Adhere to processes and procedures including change management, pricing adjustment, monthly invoice sign off, etc
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders
- Where applicable: Establish and maintain regular liaison with the customer eg meeting, etc
- Monitor internal service requests and escalate where appropriate
- Provide regular feedback to customers on outstanding issues
- Co-ordinate with other work areas and 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure customer billing requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner
- Provide ad hoc customer training and User Support as required
- Provide MBRS services.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

- A good understanding of complex billing services
- Experience in the delivery of quality customer service
- Experience in the operation of computer based systems (but not limited to) MICA, MAXIM & FLEXCAB, ABRS, MBRS)
- Strong customer service ethic
- Strong product and/or service knowledge
- Good literacy & numeracy skills
- Good computer skills in a Windows environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- The ability to be pro-active, to make improvements and take ownership of requests
- Industry certification is preferred, but not essential
