Completions Field Specialist

My client is one of the biggest global service companies in the oil and natural gas industry, both in size and reputation. They are looking for a Completions Specialist to join their team to be based throughout the world. My client realises that to attract the best in the field, they need to pay accordingly. The role will report into the Field Service Manager (FSM) or the Engineer in Charge (EIC). Key Accountabilities include but are not be limited to: * Adherence to all safety regulations and company QHSE policies, Standards and objectives. * Ensuring all mandatory QHSE Training is completed Pre job meting with client; Pre job briefing; Installation; Commissioning; Post job debrief and Client wash-up meeting. * Conducting regular wellsite Risk Assessments to ensure compliance to standards. * Participate actively in the training and coaching of junior members of the crew during the operation. * To review regularly the performance of any Mentee assigned to him/her, and hold regular one to one meetings. Ensure Mentee is on track with the company training program. * Attend to his/her personal development in a way to keep well informed on the current company Techniques, and ensure he/she stays on track with the Complete/Consolidate program. Requirements: * General knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations. * Organization & planning * Leadership and teamwork * People communication skills for both client and employee relationship * Technical expertise * Commitment to QHSE
