Completion Management Coordinator

TECHNICAL COORDINATOR - MICROSOFT EXCEL, MICROSOFT WORD, TECHNICAL COORDINATION, CONFIRMATION REPORTING, METRIC REPORTING, COMPLETION MANAGEMENT

A Technical Coordinator with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Technical Coordination, Confirmation Reporting, Metric Reporting skills/experience is required to work on a twelve month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team within the role of Technical Coordinator. The Technical Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day processing and coordination for the completion of Mission Systems technical installation data capture and sign off procedure. The coordinator will be the principal interface between the system team leads and the Mission Systems Operations Team. The coordinator will be responsible for completing all respective completion documents to meet the requirements for auditable processes and procedures.

OVERVIEW OF THE TECHNICAL COORDINATOR CONTRACT ROLE

- Completing documentation to support the completions management systems
- Generating and coordinating required data from team leads to support documentation
- Producing metric data to support management

MAJOR TASKS AND ACTIVITIES

- Provide data analysis to support the team leads and liaison with the completion management operations team
- Produce confirmation reports and documentation to support future work packages and supply evidence required to complete the audit process
- Drive the day-to-day activities to achieve successful completion management system processes to provide compliance evidence to the ACA documentation process
- Produce metric reports and graphs in order to support management decision and assess progress

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

- IT skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to generate graphs and charts explaining key metrics
- Ability to navigate and use different enterprise reporting systems to provide key information to management teams
- Define and review data capturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and promote progress
- Plan and schedule work efforts to meet deadlines and finalise
- Processes in order to support future work packages

The role is based in Edinburgh - commutable from Dundee, Perth, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Stirling and Falkirk with excellent access from Glasgow
