Complaints Technician/Technical Engineer - Pharmaceutical

Details of the role
The position is for a Technical Engineer within the Liquids & Creams Technical Team to support investigations and validation protocols writing and complete documentation associated with the manufacture and packaging of Pharmaceutical products. The applicant will also have the opportunity to work on improvement projects for products and processes and to write/amend SOPs.

Qualifications and Experience
The applicant should preferably be educated to degree level in a science degree, with experience within the Pharmaceutical industry with a good knowledge of GMP desirable.
The applicant should be competent with the analysis of data and working knowledge of computer software (word and excel).
The applicant should preferably have experience of the investigation of customer complaints
The applicant should preferably have experience of authoring technical documents eg Manufacturing records and product specifications
The applicant should have good problem solving and communication skills.
