Day rate - £250 - £300 per day
3 months initially

One of our key NHS Clients is looking for a Complaints officer for a interim role with a NHS Trust. This is a great opportunity for a complaints officer to join their Compliance team in a busy environment. You need to to carry out investigations into all referred complaints.

Working within the Compliance and Governance team you will be responsible for the following:

Effective management of all escalated queries

Conducting quality reviews in line with quality assurance and risk control

Conducting corrective action reviews

Responsible for timely and efficient investigation of all escalated queries for the senior management team

Creation of investigation packs

Ensuring records of queries are accurate and up to date

Reviewing final response letters to ensure they are effective and fair in their outcome

Assisting in the training of staff nationally and internationally

Preparing management information and reports

Reviewing the research department to ensure procedures are complaint and in line with the firms TCF objectives.

Key Skills needed:

Ideally 2/3 years experience in a compliance/complaints handling role
Detailed and thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry issues in relation to Complaint Handling
Detailed and thorough product related and technical knowledge
NHS Complaints Trained
