Complaints Manager (Stoke-on-Trent, Rugeley)

The position will be based in either Stoke-On-Trent or Rugeley.
The nature of the role will be to manage a team of 5, providing leadership and direction for the team. You will deal with any escalated complaints and possibly look at redefining handling processes etc.
The ideal candidate will have Complaints Management experience and ideally experience of managing a team. NHS experience is seen as highly desirable.
