COMPLAINTS MANAGER, COMPLAINT MANAGER, COUNCIL, SOCIAL CARE, CONTRACT, WEST YORKSHIRE

Complaints manager required for an initial 3 Month contract to be extended until at least May 2015, to be based from my clients offices in West Yorkshire.

To be considered for this position you must have previous Complaints management experience within a Local Authorities environment - Any experience within an Adult and Child Social care environment would greatly age your application.  

The purpose of this position is to manage and develop the statutory Social Care complaints and representation process for adults, communities and children and families. Manage the complaints and representations services in the development of policies, procedures and the provision of suitable resources to promote the complaints and representation's processes and to adequately investigate complaints.  

The ideal candidate will be immediately available for work, having recently finished working within one of the local Councils.
