Projektbeschreibung

My client an Acute Trust in the Midlands is looking to engage an interim in their Risk and Governance Directorate to support with the management of complaints, particularly any overdue issues.

The ideal individual for the role will have experience of dealing with complaints, particularly in a healthcare environment (although other backgrounds will be considered). You will be an effective communicator who is able to work autonomously to deliver against targets. Experience of PALS would be desirable.
