Our client is currently recruiting for several Complaints Handlers to work on a contract basis in Central London.
Previous experience in a Financial Services (Pensions) Environment would be benefitial.
THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
Taking ownership of customer complaints that have been escalated
Investigating the customer's case to establish the facts and cause for complaint
Follow strict regulations and company guide lines to to decide on an appropriate solution
Gather customer feedback to make relevant recommendations to the client.
