A complaints handler to take ownership and investigate customer PPI complaints, in order to effectively resolve complex PPI queries.

The role will involve:

Ensuring customers and third parties are kept up to date at all times, which will involve both written and verbal communications.

Responsible for maintain up to date client records in line with the agreed upon regulations.

Respond to requests from (FOS)

Contribute to overall PPI team performance as well as achieving agreed individual objectives.

Appropriately identify and escalate potential risks issues and concerns that are uncovered throughout the course of an investigation.
