Complaints Case Managers

This is a fantastic opportunity to join my client, a well established FTSE 100 financial services company based in Manchester who are looking for experienced financial services/banking candidates to work as Complaints Case Managers.

You must have Financial Services/Banking experience.

We have 2 shits available:

18.00PM to 06.00AM, Monday to Wednesday (33 hours per week) on a salary of £22,000 (pro rata).

09.00AM to 17.00PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on a salary of £21,000.

Initially on a contract until 31st December 2013, with a strong possibility of extension.

You will need to be available to start by 23rd September.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role will involve investigating, assessing, reaching conclusions, performing accurate calculations and providing a high standard of customer service on individual cases in line with relevant product, procedural and regulatory requirements.

You will manage your own case load and will be responsible for liaising with Customers, 3rd Parties, such as solicitors and other internal departments. There will also be large admin element.

You will be given comprehensive training over 2 weeks to enable you to understand the Insurance product, use the relevant systems and undertake the role in the style required by the company.

You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be speaking with customers on the phone and responding in writing.
