CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS HANDLER

MY CLIENT, A LEADING HEALTHCARE ORGANISATION BASED IN POLLARDS WOOD, CHALFONT ST GILES, IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS HANDLER FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS REPRESENTATIVE MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS BEING COMPUTER LITERATE.

This is a full time role covering the hours of 9am- 5pm daily, Monday to Friday.

Experience required:

SKILL SET

- Customer Service or call handling experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to interact with employees via telephone/e-mail
- Computer literate with a good understanding of excel
- Able to work in detail with great accuracy
- Able to understand basic engineering Healthcare products terms
