My client, an NHS Organisation based in Bedfordshire, is currently looking for a Complaints and Claims Manager on a 14 month contract. The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of the Patient Services department which handles patient experiences including complaints, PALS, compliments, requests for Information and claims.
