A leading UK retail bank is looking for a Complaints Analyst to join a pan Group programme with the objective to improve processes, increase responsiveness and deliver an improved colleague and customer experience at reduced cost.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE BEING SOUGHT
- Track record of working in a banking environment (Corporate client experience preferred)
- Experience working in a customer service or complaints role in a complex organisation undergoing a large-scale programme
- Knowledge of loan documentation, swap documentation and Interest Rate Swap products
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively to come to the best solution for the customer and the Bank
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work in a fast paced environment with shifting goalposts
- Ability to build networks across the organisation in order to get to the best outcomes for the customers and the organisation
- Ability to operate in line with the bank's complaints policy, influencing others to operate in a similar manner
TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH AND KNOWLEDGE OF INTEREST RATE DERIVATIVES WITHIN A COMMERCIAL BANKING CLIENT. GENERAL EXPERIENCE OF CREDIT AND BANKING IN GENERAL MIGHT BE CONSIDERED SHOULD YOU HAVE STRONG COMPLAINTS EXPERIENCE.
